“I had a problem wearing a new pair of the same style shoe from Skechers that I always buy. It seemed they may have been made wrong. I went to get a different pair and mentioned it to Tabitha, the kind salesperson there, and she said she could credit them to me in a return for another pair. I didnt expect that. I had never returned a pair of shoes in my life. Well, she was also very helpful in pointing out the wide shoes for me to choose from. I left here with two new well fitting comfortable shoes. I truly appreciate Tabitha for her professionalism and understanding with my issue. I will continue to be loyal to Skechers and to that Lorain store in particular.
