This store is a disaster. Nobody knows where anything is and the isles are littered with empty boxes or unpacked items. Worse every time I come in.

Not as clean as the other Rural Kings we have been in. The pricing was not marked as well as I thought it should be. Not up to the standard that I am used to for Rural King stores.

"MANAGER'S SPECIAL"!!!
Buy a $300 chainsaw, and get a free battery... except they don't have the batteries, won't substitute, and have NO problem wasting a person's valuable time/gas money. What a scam. I wasted 3 hrs of my life over a 3 week period, and walked away with NOTHING! I'll take my business back to Tractor Supply!
P.S.
Stop saying that you'll use the feedback to become a better business... because clearly you're NOT!

Hi. I went to rural king on April 29th 24. I had trouble with a pool. I payed for warranty and they didn't have the same one. I wasn't happy that I had to pay the difference because they no longer have it. After taking apart and bringing up the whole pool so I can get it rectified by myself and daughter the 2 ladies in their helped me! These women worked there but off! These 2 girls had to take all of the heavy stuff out for the customers. I wish I knew there names because they was so kind and was very much over worked. I was there almost 2 hours while These 2 woman worked the whole store ! There was other employees but let me tell you these 2 was above and beyond! They need a vacation and better pay I'm sure! And they including me did what I'm sure a man is being paid for. Lifting very heavy stuff. With no man around to be seen! Except to shut the door after to my truck! I appreciate these 2 because if not I would have been very upset!

I had a order confirmed 137-7425 at elyria store how come no one pulled three peat mosses so I did not get them my daughter was picking my order up she got no cooperation no one wanted a help her they didn't know what they were doing girl purple hair a girl with Plum black dark purple hair she said she was on vacation for 3 days and walked away and didn't want to help my daughter my daughter asked if I could switch out the peat moss for some other peat moss . They gave her a problem .so you owe me refund on 3 peatmoss, they did not give my daughter any confirmation on a refund.nice customer service,probably wouldn't do that again.

Resist the temptation to pick up chickens and start raising them. Great tool selection. Decent hardware section. Anything you need included Clothing and guns while being bombarded with religious programming over the PA system, allowing you to forego church in lieu of more projects on Sunday
