called pharmacy and the girl that answered, apparently doesnt talk to herself quietly, because while i was on hold she says, as shes looking things up, "oh well heres one, but we'll give it to someone who needs it" gets back on the phone with me says "sorry your profile says prescription pack of 2 and we only have a pack of 3" (my original pharmacy claimed they have no idea what she was looking at because my prescription profile clearly says 3 pack) then she says "doesnt matter because it is being reserved for another patient" (apparently one who, according to her, NEEDS it more) i wouldve understood better IF she wouldnt have been so RUDE about it. DO NOT use this pharmacy for victoza prescription if you do not want to be JUDGED !!

I was sat the pharmacy before 5...they were closing down already. I asked if she had 1 minute because I got there in time...they couldn't help me, why would you be closed before the time it says you would be! Very frustrating

Always a problem.Has to order your meds then they forgot to order, no refills when you still have more, hardly answers the phone.standing around until you walk up then tries to look busy leaving you standing there. I started using the Grafton rite aid months ago and they are the best. Very friendly, professional and know what they are doing. They don't give excuses, just excellent service

Very friendly staff and clean store. I go there for the pharmacy and Amazon locker. Prices on food items are steep, but when something is on sale it's a pretty good deal!

I mainly deal here for my prescriptions and very ocassionly for other items. The pharmacists and the pharamacy staff have always been very professional and caring.

The black female pharmacist is very rude. She made assumptions about my family and was very unhelpful when it came to filling my 9yr. Olds seizure medications. I have never seen a more unprofessional pharmacist in all my life. The only reason I gave two is because the pharmacy tech was actually polite

This is my pharmacy! The location is Broad St in Elyria OH. My latest visit was to purchase prep products for upcoming colonoscopy. The pharmacy tech was VERY helpful. She walked me to the aisle & pointed out the products. She was knowledgeable in her answers to my questions.

The site asks for all kinds of personal info and had me log in to my email 3 times when they don't have appointments available for a week. It was a waste of time and now they have a bunch of personal info they would not have had if I had known they aren't testing any time soon.Just put it on the site - testing unavailable until you're either drastically worse or recovered.
