When I talked to a csr regarding a warranty claim, she speaks very slow. When I told her i bought the product in 2023, and didn’t register for my product. She said warranty doesn’t cover that. I love my rigid tools even though I can get the top switch for my drill the only complaint I have is you need more tools out there. There are tools i want in rigid that i have to buy in other brands because I can't find it in rigid. But thank you rigid i like your tools

Buyer beware, I purchased a portable radio with forever warranty.
When it failed I shipped back for warranty repair.
Four months later they replaced with a blue tooth speaker.
So now I have a speaker, but no radio.
Definitely do NOT recommend.
