The gym is generally clean and offers easy check-in, plenty of space, and useful amenities like a spa area and mobile app. It is noted for having a positive gym community and good value for the price. However, maintenance can be inconsistent, particularly in the locker rooms and showers. Issues include showers that are not cleaned often enough, with hair on the walls and floors, and a lack of toilet paper, hooks, or chairs in the changing areas. Some members have also reported ongoing billing problems after cancelling a membership.
Ordinarily, I love this gym.It's the best one around, but I've been waiting for 45 minutes.It's now 645 and so have all these other people.And why is the gym not open? Not posted announcement...our time is important!!!! I do have a video I took at six forty am.

I cancelled my membership a year ago and I'm still getting charged every month a year later! Thank you I cancelled it online and you also a option to freeze membership. Much better now.
