“The power was out and there was no way to use card. I got like $200 worth of stuff in my cart and then went out to find an ATM but not a single one in the area was working. I was going to come back and put my stuff away so the employees didn't have to but my ride got here and would not let me go back inside! I am so sorry! The employees were all so friendly and I feel terrible!”

“The last two times I was there it didn't accept my bank card said my chip was locked which was a lie. It may have been locked to their system but I had used it there before so there's no excuse especially when you're trying to save some money on fuel. Other than that I love Sam's club if you're going to buy bulk that's the place to go.”
