The manager Jay educated me on each oil change and what was the best for my vehicle. Jason got the job done quickly. They made me feel very welcomed. Held a great convo while I waited. “Conrad's was great! I thought the alignment was off on my car, only to realize that I had driven over a nail which poked a hole in my tire. I called this morning and Conrad's was able to get my car in and fixed my tire in a few hours. The staff was super friendly and efficient. I will definitely go back.”

“I went to this location just because I knew there was a good chance I could get a quick rotation. I have stayed away from Walmart in general after a couple bad oil change issues and numerous people sharing their issues with me as Im in the car business. This location and the assistance and kindness of Dorian and the tech Larry were over and above what I had come to expect and I was glad to have them change my oil as well.
