I have a car note through the bank. The entrance can be tricky as it's under construction. Used the drive thru around noon, it was a little slow.The tellers that I've come into contact with have been snarky it rude. I don't have any outrageous requests..just make my payment and occasionally ask for that day balance. I can't wait until my car note is done in more ways than one...

Some of the absolute WORST customer service i've ever experienced. I saw my acct was overdrawn by $10.00. I called the Elyria Chestnut Commons branch, and after the phone rang 50 times, the rep i had on the phone wouldn't even pull up my acct to tell me if i have over draft protection with my acct. Pretty lazy. NOT the first time i've had bad experience with them. I'm definitely closing my acct there. Don't think their gonna last. And rightfully so!!!! TOO many other banks are want my business!!!!!

My wife have bussiness accounts with three partners and they remove two partners authorization with informing only one partners authorization who have good relations with branch manager..I am not do bussiness with them any more

This bank claims to have no hidden fees, yet it charges customers $5 a month if you owe another bank money even prior to collections by that bank. Also had my card stolen and they claimed that since i had left my card out "knowingly" i was responsible.
