Awful service. Every time I go there for a wire transfer, I wait for at least 30 minutes. There is only one teller working today at the branch ?♂️

I went to the Chestnut Commons location trying to open an account ,the lady said I needed an appointment everthough I was the only person in the bank. They seem like they don't want business.

Absolutely the worst bank to deal with, this branch especially. After my mom passed away, I’ve had to go through this bank to take care of some of her finances. I have had nothing but issues, so here’s a laundry list of the problems I’ve been having:Horrible service, not only will they not notify you of overdrafts they will let it continually happen so they can milk you for every penny they can get.The tellers don’t know how to do their job, when I tried to access the joint account I was on they would not let me access it because they said my info was incorrect, but really the teller was reading it wrong and thought my last name was my first (never met a man with a first named Smith)Not once but twice now I have showed up to the bank with 5 minutes left to spare and both times they locked the doors early and would not answer the phone. What’s the point of having the closing time say 5pm when a customer cannot access the bank at 4:55? Not all of us have the luxury of working normal hours, and sometimes we need that extra few minutes to get the stuff we need done. But I guess the workers here think it’s ok to close early, so they can be in their cars and leaving by 5pm. Must be niceAfter all of this, it truly saddens me to know I have to go through all of this because my mom passed away, and trusted this bank with her hard earned money. I will look forward to the day I never have to step foot or roll through the drive thru of this terrible branch filled with lazy employees

This bank claims to have no hidden fees, yet it charges customers $5 a month if you owe another bank money even prior to collections by that bank. Also had my card stolen and they claimed that since i had left my card out "knowingly" i was responsible.

Nice building, and a good bank over all. I've only been here once and it was good. No troubles.
