I did the laser wash and idk if I did it wrong or went thru to fast but it didn’t clean my car like how I thought and my rims were still dirty I probably would have better luck with the self wash but to late now lol

I would give North Ridge Laser Wash 10 stars if I could! The soap smells amazing, the owner is fantastic, and there are no brushes to scratch your car! I am a customer for life.

Using a credit card in the third stall it would shut off every 2 minutes and charge my credit card because of the button was destroyed to turn it on and off.

The car wash shut down for some reason as soon as it accepted my money. A receipt printed and explained what procedure to follow to get a refund. The car wash immediately addressed the problem and issued a refund.

Went to get truck washed and was greated by a guy (owner?) That asked me to hose the ground when I was done. I said ok, but thought why should I pay to wash his floor. Another guy was washing another bay and asked why is he doing that at10 am on a Saturday? I was told my truck was to dirty. We like to keep our place clean, I was told. I get it but we take our dirty cars to get cleaned.
They lost my business.

I come here frequently for washes, it’s one of the last few contactless car washes I know of. I like using it because I feel like the ones with brushes scratch up your car. This one gets the job done just as well if not better. The prices for different wash packages are far less expensive too.

Someone this place hired got in my way with some.steel like pole when I was exiting the wash and blocked me from the dryer being able to dry my entire truck, this man didn’t apologize or care even when he told me to back up and caused the car wash door thing to close on top of my pickup, however the owners son was there and when I told him what happened he gave me a free wash (and a card for an additional one) and he even helped me to dry my truck with a towel. Because of the owners sons apologetic and carting attitude and him going above and beyond to rectify the situation I highly recommend this car wash. Plus the wash has a very strong under panel wash, uses by far the best soap around and best of all its truly touch free!

Only car wash I will go to due to it being a laser wash and there is no brushes in the automatic wash, for me that’s a plus. When it’s warm out I almost always just use the spray gun to clean my car but when I do use the car wash it’s just not worth the 15/16 dollars. It doesn’t get the spider web off my mirror or really any of the dirt off of my car. It’s cheaper to use the spray gun and actually get everything off the car. Just the time consumed and cold weather coming is the only problem standing outside to spray it off.Service: Vacuuming

Very well pleased with the results of their laser car wash. Looks as good or better than a bucket and sponge wash at home.Had a small problem and was taken care of immediately. Great customer service.
