Took my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee in with my front passenger fender needing replaced. They were awesome ?! Friendly service. Fast! No issues at all, and no run around. I will absolutely be recommending them to anyone who asks.

Had great luck many years ago with workmanship, as well with referring others to Murphy Bros, but was treated like rancid meat by cranky front desk guy "Paul", as other recent critical reviews have indicated. All I wanted was an estimate, I even showed on the right day and time as listed on the door. Paul must have had a bad day at the golf course. The DMV has a better attitude and customer service. Maybe he owns the place and doesn't need new business, that's how he acts.

My car need some paint worked done and I asked around and everyone recommended here. Everyone was so friendly, explain everything and answered any questions I had. I love that they also work with my insurance company so everything was instantly approved. My car came back looking brand new. Would definitely use this place again if my car needed work again!

Rude and act like they are the best and shouldn't have to be nice or do their job. I'm going through insurance but hit the button for them to send it through mail instead of electronically. So thought "O well I'll get a few estimates and get the paperwork soon in the mail". I went to another shop right after and had no issue getting a estimate with or without insurance information. but Murphy's couldn't be bothered to do the same or have to compete with other businesses I guess. So enjoy that's 7-8K probably because odds are they said back door will have to be new unfortunately even tho it doesn't look that bad. I figured I wanted to do business with a long time local but now..... nope never. You have a lovely day too now ☺️
