It's so frustrating when you check their hours and it says verified by this company. So after just having hip replacement surgery I hobbled in my car to make it before 8:00 p.m. closing time. Arrived at 7:20. To see two employees watching me pull up, hobbled out of the car to the door and they watched me the entire time until I pulled on door and it was locked. And right on the front door is a professional sign that says they in fact close at 7. Frustrated I hobble back to my car, checked and saw there's another T-Mobile Metro 2 mi down the same road that also closes at 8, drive all the way there and made it by 7:30 and that one is out of business. Had some reservations about going to this company and I believe I'm going to listen to them.

The girl who took care of my husband's phone was great, very respectful, and as I was having difficulties with my own phone, she still was nice and not rude about it. I already felt embarrassed about my card not working! She is a great worker!

They are always helpful & kind. Whenever I go in there and see another customer giving them a hard time because the customer doesn't know what they're talking about..i just can't understand it. They're your A1 from day 1 and they have the sauce to prove it ?
