We bought brand new Washer n Dryer set up delivery this week for a Tuesday delivery for 12-5 and it was a no Show so I called and bitched cause my husband left work so once again we set up delivery for this Thursday between 1-5 and once again we wait and we then we call and they said they were on there way, not 5 mins later they call and say that they aren't coming!!! Another lost day of work and still no wash or dryer!! so now I call back and they say Sunday umm No I want my stuff Tomorrow they told me they aren't working on Friday it would be Sunday!! let's just say don't buy shit from Lowe's I want my Money back and something for my lost wages from Work!!! I'm not done with this issue!!!! My husband is a Veteran and this is how he is treated poor poor service!!! Never will we purchase anything again from Lowe's since they have treated us this way and to be so rude to a Veteran!!!

This store is not worthy of a star. I bought a snow blower online for in store pick up on 1/29/2022 and received an email stating the item would be ready for in store pickup on 2/2/2022. On 2/1/22 i received another email saying the item was delivered to the store so I called the store and they told me it was delivered and would be ready for pickup on 2/2/22. I called the store on 2/2/22 when they opened and was told that the snow blower i paid for was sold to someone else. In the background you can hear someone saying I told them not to sell it because it was already sold to someone else but they sold it anyways. How does someone sell something after it was already purchased by another person. I was told there was nothing I can do but to order another one and give me a discount or refund my money. This is unacceptable as there is a snow storm headed our way today. There should be some reprucussions for this. I will not be purchasing ANYTHING from this company and would rather pay more at another store!

The delivery team needs some serious customer service training. This company is too large to care how their customers are treated and allow the same errors to be made over and over again without correction. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Finally getting rid of the carpet Lowes installed and wouldn't stand behind when the installer said it was defective. They offered 20% discount, should have been 100%.
