It's a nice dealership with a great choice of new and used cars. Got my used 2018 CR-V from here, financed. Gino did great job to help me in my decision and overall. This is my second car, and I felt very comfortable throughout the whole process. Interior is very convenient, there's children's playroom, coffee, TV.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a 2025 Honda Civic Si from Great Lakes Honda West, and I must say, the experience exceeded all my expectations. The entire team was outstanding, but I particularly want to commend Justin and Hillary for their exceptional service.
Justin, my salesman, was a true professional. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, answered all my questions with patience, and provided valuable insights that helped me make an informed decision. His deep knowledge of the vehicle and dedication to customer satisfaction made the process not just easy, but enjoyable. He looked out for me when others would not, he will definitely get my referrals and family for future business.
I also want to give a special mention to Hillary, the internet sales manager, who played a pivotal role in making this purchase seamless. From the very beginning, Hillary was on top of everything. Her prompt and clear communication set the tone for a positive experience. She ensured that all the details were in place before I even stepped foot in the dealership. We chose to go to this dealership because they had the largest inventory for what we were looking for. The dealership was clean and attitude was generally pleasant. We already went in with financing and the sales rep couldn’t get us a better rate. When we went to speak to the finance manager, she asked if we gave Honda the chance to beat the offer, noting that the sales rep should’ve tried harder to beat the financing we secured. The finance rep almost overcharged us $2000-3000 for add on packages we said we were not interested in and did not authorize. They also messed up the taxes in the price they showed us, being that we are not Lorain County residents which resulted in an over $600 difference in the final price. The memo title was also sent extremely late to the title bureau. It was sent only after we called to ask what happened. We were days away from our temporary tags expiring. They did not look at the paperwork to realize that we handed them a check. All in all we are happy with the car and have had no issues with it, but if we had to shop there again because they have a large inventory, we will be extra vigilant in watching the reps.

I’m so happy with my salesman, Alex. He was very informative and made the whole purchase process very easy.
Also the Great Lakes Honda West Service Department showed great customer service at my visit last month. I received a free oil change with my True Honda Certified purchase and they even did my tire rotation free of charge when other dealers refused to even the free oil change which any dealer should have been able to do!

If I could give 0 stars , I would. They messed up all my paperwork and needed me to re-sign. I’ve been waiting for almost 3 months for the new paperwork to sign, and haven’t received anything after reaching out to them multiple times.

Not bad but customer service could use some work. They'll sell you a 30k car and hand you a key fob with low battery, then ask you to buy a $7 battery for it. Little details matter...
