Because we couldn't order directly, we were stuck ordering from a third party. One or the other sent the obviously wrong item and wouldn't reimburse me in total. The medical supply business, like the pharmaceutical business, exploits the most vulnerable consumers. This is a shame and I am taking measures with legislators and attorneys general to correct this untenable behavior!

I know many people that used to work here, but then Invacare laid almost everyone off and sent most of the stuff to China to be made. Real nice.

Had a problem with one of their power scooters. Their technician looked at it and said parts were no longer available. It was five years old!They sure don't support their products for very long.Bought another make and have been happy.

Bought a wheelchair for my grandfather and it was from this company. The manufacturer is really good because my dad has had previous wheelchairs and those that didn't work to well for him to be honest. This one wasn't that bad because it actually rolled much better and it's the best wheelchair we've ever had. Thanks to your company!
