I had placed an online order for two sets of ceramic dishes for our anniversary party. They arrived with many pieces broken in each of the two boxes. I was really distraught about this (I cried big ugly tears), because this was a really special occasion for us. I didn't have enough time for a second order to arrive, nor did I have enough time to find something comparable locally. Josh was very calm and kind on the phone, even though I was not. He suggested a viable solution and gave me a refund. I wasn't thinking clearly at that moment, so his guidance was exactly what I needed. I have no way of knowing who was at fault for the breakage, but he made it right for me. Josh is a rock star!!

The Home Depot Home Depot is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. They make empty promises while holding your money ransome. They give false relievery dates. They deliever products broken. Then expect the custers not to just wait the original delivery date but added time. Then once you arrange a new dloevery time(Which you have to call in and arrange. Even though the damaged product was their fault). They push that time. Not once but twice. While their customers have to waste their daytryukng to resolve. Dealing with their consenting costmer "care" people. That actually help in no way at all.

I was at your store today and purchased 10 bags of mulch and a bag of topsoil. I have back issues and was dreading loading them into the van. Just then a polite young man came running up to see if I needed help. He loaded it all up for me with no hesitation. His name is Jesse Robles. I certainly hope your management team gives him a well deserved pat on the back.

If your looking to have your Ridgid products repaired, DONT bring them here. I waited 30 days for my table saw to be fixed. I had to keep calling every other week to remind them to repair it. When I called one week they said the part came in but took them two weeks to install it. Then never called to tell me it's fixed. Then when I picked it up and brought it home, It never turned on!!!!?!?!

This is the worst HD in northeast Ohio. Being in the at risk category, I have been using the curbside pickup option. Being that different stores hav3 different stock, I've had to go to the Avon store, the Lorain store, and the Elyria store. Avon and Lorain were A1. They got the order together the same day, notified me, and I waited no longer than ten minutes conc3 I notified them I was in the curbside pick up area. I was ordering from the Lorain store, because they had what I needed in stock. I added a few things to the cart, figuring I would pick up a few extra items since I was making the trip. Somehow, the order got split between the Lorain store and the Elyria store. There was a notice that since it was a busy time, that there may be a day delay in filling the order. It didn't It seem like a big deal at the thE time since I literally have to drive by the Elyria Store to get to the Lorain store. The next day, I was notified that my Lorain portion of the order was ready. I needed it so I picked it up. It was three days later that I was notified that the Elyria order was ready. It wasn't like I ordered a flux capacitor. My order was a bottle of glue and a plexiglass cutter knife. Ok, so maybe they are really busy. I went today to pick up my purchase. I arrived at 3pm, called them and the lady who answered customer service, said give me a few minutes. At 3:30, I was still sitting and waiting. I called back and told them I was still waiting. The lady who answered the phone claimed to know nothing about me waiting, but used the exact same language, give me a few minutes. About ten minutes later, a lady came out and gave me my order. It seems that they are trying to discourage anyone from using this service at this store. Delay the filling of the order, then make you wait forever to get your stuff. Bad business.

How does no manager care about customers? I am done trying to get help, the employees are good but sometimes you need to speak to someone higher. You ask for a supervisor or General Manager and wait.... and wait..... at some point you give up. The GM is never available and does not return calls. I am sure I am one small customer but I can shop elsewhere
