H&C Warehouse in Elyria, Ohio is terrible for pickups. I checked in at 12:00 pm and didn’t get out until 8:30 pm. They wasted my whole day. The employees were just walking around, chatting, and not serious at all about drivers’ time. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to truckers’ schedules. If you have a choice, avoid picking up from this location

Facikity 1pm-9pm.
Arrived at 4pm it is now 8.30pm I am the only truck here for the last 3 hours , still waiting.
Very slow loading.

Not good not bad, appointment at 11 am loading done at 1 pm. If they don’t answer your call at 1434 door go to 1436 door then turn left go straight for shipping office.

Appt at 5pm. Arrived at 1pm. Didn't get door until 3:30. Started loading at about 5:10. Paperwork and gone around 6:40. No restrooms. No overnight parking. My advice would be show up at appt time and no earlier.

Very Good shipper, checked in at 3:00 pm for 5:00 pm pick up, Loaded in 30 minutes, very nice staff, Edward load my trailer, very nice person

Plenty of space for backing. Arrived at 0850 for a 1100 load and out of there at 1215. Great place!

1434 is the best place. I checked in 4 hrs early to my appointment time and they gave dock 3 hrs early to my appointment time .45 min to get loaded. 5plus if I could. All the negative comment came from negative people on this place .
