I absolutely love bringing my fur babies to this veterinary hospital. The staff is always friendly and willing to help with any concerns that you have. Dr. Urig is amazing. He calls you personally to follow up with any lab test or procedures you’ve had done. I love this hands-on and personal touch, I would recommend taking your fur babies here for the best treatment and fast service

One of the best vet shops in Lorain county. Very professional practice with excellent staff and Docs. Prices are a bit above average but the care they provide for little pet buddies is worth it IMHO. Very good folks who will work with you to insure your furry friends and you are well taken care of.y you just can't do better. Still one of the best places for pet care.

Imagine spending thousands here and being treated like a total stranger when you need them most.
Imagine walking into a hospital with an empty waiting area and being told that they don't offer emergency services. Website clearly says they do. Didn't even care to ask what the problem was. I'll never step foot in your establishment again.

They apparently do not offer emergency visits even tho it is stated on the website. They'll just send you to an exorbitantly pricey er vet down the street so don't bother.

I've been going here for years with all my dogs. I'm not sure if their prices are higher compared to other vets, but the service is good and the secretaries are very nice.

I've taken all my animals here for all major issues. I've saved money going to vet clinics for vaccines, but nothing compares to Fox's treatment for unwell pets in my experience
