Unless you have an account don't bother going there to get a Check cash they tell you they do for a fee but the 3rd party system will reject you and They will tell you you need to open an account So they say they'll cash your check but they'll just make you open an account

Angela financial center manager was very unaccommodating for our business. Federal law states that any of funds wired are to be immediately available. Another fifth third Bank an hour away was our only resort and they are very accommodating. Angela should probably read up on her Swift regulation

You have some great products available for your customers and you always ask how can you make my day a 5/3 better. Well, maybe it would be better without all your fees or changes in policy without informing the customer. I already have my new bank picked out. Just giving you a couple weeks to change my mind,but I doubt you will.

Almost everytime I go into my app, it says they're experiencing technical issues and to call customer service. Then I call customer service and wait at least 30 minutes before someone answers and then they hang up so I have to start the process all over again.

Set up direct deposit with my new employer about 3 weeks ago. Today is payday, they didn't pay me! I call and they hang up on me twice! Very rude people. I WILL be closing my account soon! They need to learn how direct deposit works...

This place is so cool, it's located in an ancient bank. This place is like 200 years old or something. Lots of character. Worth stopping by just to check it out. Very well taken care of.
