I went here trying to save myself a trip. I needed to grab some children's ibuprofen for my daughter. Which I did find. However, walking into the store and me immediately just asking for help to which aisle it'd be in to save time wondering around. The cashier and another lady just laughed and mocked me , saying it was in the aisle behind me. Customer service here lacks severely. I've never been to this store location ever and was just trying to get what I needed quickly for my child. Being laughed at and mocked in the process wasn't necessary. Not everyone wants to wonder around a store forever while they know their kid is in pain and in need of medicine. I'm only giving two stars because I did find the medicine I needed, however with the experience I had here. It'll be the last time I ever go here. I'll gladly make the extra trip now to Walmart or Discount Drug Mart. My goodness, just do better. Kindness goes along way vs being rude.

Family dollar employees told us we cannot park in the handicap spot for the strip, it is only for their customers. First of all - you can’t restrict use of a handicap spot. There are only 2 on that side of the property. They need to be near the low spot in the curb. Second of all - you don’t even know which businesses we are patronizing. The van was clearly marked with handicap placards in front and back. The handicap driver was so embarrassed to be called out for her handicap in public by your employees, smoking and policing by the front door. You are not the parking lot police. How dare you try to tell a handicap person they cannot use a handicapped spot while in a clearly marked vehicle? For your use only? I think not

I was returning a broken fan just now and the old lady who works there said I couldn’t even get a replacement. Shame on her. The policy states right on the website “ RETURN FOR REPLACEMENTS Or MONEY BACK” this woman has so many complaints that I don’t see how she even works there anymore. This time I am calling the paper and the office itself. She basically stole my money. She needs to go

THE LADY IS VERY RUDE ! I tried to load cashapp she tells me that I need to bring in my card as well when that is false any other family dollar I go they scan my barcode asked the amount I want to load and they’ll give me a receipt never had these many problems at any other family dollar ! Poor customer service AND MANAGEMENT

The store is never open when I come here even right now its doors are locked and just a hand written sign that says closed and it was supposed to open 1 hour and ten minutes ago

This location always closes early, it hardly ever stays open until the time they have posted on the door. I don't know why I take the drive knowing they'll already have the doors locked before closing time.
