I went up there I got my oil changed it was quick it was fast. it was a little expensive$89. seems a lot. I usually do my own oil changes at home. to not be told if I'm even supposed to get in or out of my car. to have my questions basically ignored and just have gruff instructions. that is terrible customer service .They did what they were doing but they weren't very nice about itIs it cuz I'm female? or is it just because it was 9:00 in the morning and they didn't want to be there. I don't knowI know I won't be going back.Service: Oil change

Went to the store on East Broad street in Elyria , they lied about checking the tires, never checked other fluid levels, i am reluctant to believe they even changed the oil filter . Do yourself a favor and dont go to either of their jip joints in Elyria . $70 for an oil change ..........Service: Oil change
