I have never been more unhappy with a business or the management in my life I have been a customer almost continuously for 10 years, I had no complaints until this past year in the last month the rates increased $30 per month. This is the second increase since management changed. Apparently this is the way loyal customers are appreciated, I really feel it is done purposely to get rid of us so the unit can be rented at the rate new customers are charged. Well, mission accomplished! As soon as possible we will make it happen.

Have been using this storage facility for years. Its very well lit, its also clean and a well maintained property. It is secure with fencing and surveillance cameras. The people who run it are very nice and the prices are good. I would recommend them to anyone looking to store their belongings here.

When I called in to get an estimate I was treated very kindly. I couldn't make it that day so I had to call back to reschedule and she told me not to worry that she would put the lock and key in the locker and I could come when it was convenient for me. They are very accommodating and I would recommend them to everyone and they have great rates! Great job Elyria Self Storage
