My car took a dump and spilled oil everywhere in my garage. Called Don's up, they came out and towed me back to their garage. Had it fixed in less than 24 hours with a new oil filter housing adapter. At a fraction of the dealer cost. Very happy with the service.

So I had to use a towing service.Been there, done this before.Except this time after waiting at least an hour the driver says to me " I hope you have a ride". I was not aloud to ride with him due to Covid Policy. That's all fine and good,WHY DIDN'T SOMEONE TELL ME THIS BEFORE YOU CAME OUT. Had to find a way home. This won't happen again.

Towing my crashed car. Went to clean out personal belongings in the car and he was so very polite and kind. At a time I really needed it. Highly recommend.

Watched one of their flat bed tow trucks hauling 2 vehicles roll right through the four-way stop at Oberlin Rd & Russia Rd at about 3:50pm on 07/20/22. Multiple people just died at this intersection due to the same reckless behavior less than a year ago. Do better. I’d never let this company touch any of my vehicles if these are the type of employees they retain.

Paid for an engine they never ordered. After a couple weeks went and got my money back and the car. Was full of excuses. Would use a shade tree mechanic over this place

My insurance worked with Don's to get my car towed to a mechanic when it broke down on a busy street. Mike was the driver who came, and he was professional, courteous, and very efficient. I would happily use Don's if I ever need my car towed again (although I hope I never need it)
