Pharmacy is so horrible here . I went inside yesterday and two ladies was doing stuff they said hold on we be right with you. 10 minutes later. Doctor called in yesterday 10 am and I still received my prescription

I have been treated very unkind! I am a loyal customer and had a issue messed up on lack of training in their department. Ever since I get roll of the eyes and just the look like why are you here? It's not my fault a huge mistake was made on the end of customer service. I was so kind and friendly and never once said anything mean. All I asked was the situation fixed and that was a whole sinerreo for absolutely no reason. I honestly don't want to come back not because of the mistake but the way I am treated now. The reason was because I paid my bill there and found out they messed up from a shut off notice. It was crazy how the so called professional people treated me after they messed up! Still till this day no apology yes watch paying your bills here!!! They messed up the numbers on my bill. They treated like crap over there mistake!!!!!!!

My RX was sent to this location incorrectly. I waited in a lane that said open only to be told it was a drop off lane and I had to go to the other lane. After waiting again, I was told my RX was not available despite being told it was at the drug mart in Vermilion. I was told it would be 15-20 minutes more of waiting. Not good customer service at all.
