What I witnessed today was utterly disgusting. A very matured lady walks in with her emotional support YORKIE in her CART. One employee drilled her about having the dog in her cart. Then it was as if they called back up. The ladies dog was not barking, He was extremely well behaved. I felt as if they were trying to intimidate and bully this little old lady. First off they should be trained better on service animals and emotional support animals. So anyway I will be coming back tomorrow with MY SERVICE animals. And I am praying one of these employees even approach me. The only reason he wasn't with me today is because he was at the groomers. This lady was nothing short of 83. I HATE BULLIES. BUT I LOVE LAW SUITES. ??????. I HOPE YOU ALL ARE TRAINED BY TOMORROW!

Easy to find items in the store . Prescriptions at the pharmacy are ready when called ahead. Checkout members are friendly and quick to scan items .

The power was out and there was no way to use card. I got like $200 worth of stuff in my cart and then went out to find an ATM but not a single one in the area was working. I was going to come back and put my stuff away so the employees didn't have to but my ride got here and would not let me go back inside! I am so sorry! The employees were all so friendly and I feel terrible!

pharmacy people are excellent. they see me coming & get my order right away. they are always fast & pleasant. i highly recommend them.

Welp. It was one of those visits where if you were in a hurry you would have been disappointed. The script was called in a day before I came in, so naturally I assumed it would be ready...nope, they told me about 20 minutes. Which is fine. So I meandered for 30 minutes and came back to find it's still not ready. I waited an additional 20 minutes on top of that. Plus, while I was there I overheard someone having a similar issue with their script not being ready as promised. Ultimately, you need to be more accurate and transparent with the wait times you quote. Not everyone has an extra hour to spare waiting around.

Been going to DDM on Abbey Rd for over a decade, staff always helpful and polite. They even get my meds from the drawers before I reach their pharamacy counter and frequently ask if I would like help loading my items in my car. Even my daughter in Lorain likes this store better than her Lorain store. I have only good experiences with this location.

Left the drs at 6:05 pm. Then gave the pharmacy an hour and half before I went. They still made me wait 30 more minutes with a sick kid crying in the backseat.

Very upsetting that there are no modern quick food choices. There should really be frozen vegan options and other food options that don't have unhealthy things in them. Food desert.

I think that the pharmacy staff could be a little bit nicer. People often aren't feeling well but they really kind of have no high priority and the service level that they give

Pros:The store is clean and well stocked, the checkout lines move very quickly and, you can find some pretty good deals.The people working in the pharmacy are fast and very helpful.Cons:While the store is pretty large, it kind of needs to be bigger to fit all the stuff they carry, you can't get two people pushing carts down the same lane in the center aisle at the same time.
