Excellent customer service from scheduling, to front counter, to the service in 30min to replace my driver side window in my truck and all for a reasonable price when compared to others. I will continue to use them in the future and refer others.

Just wanted to leave a review.
I had 2 items needed to be done. A front cracked windshield and a driver side window that had a nasty sized crack in it. I called three places, and this was the best quote I could find.
Hopefully I don't need their services soon again but if I need work done, I will definitely go with them. Very professional, I highly recommend them.

Luke and Rob met me in Elyria to replace the windshield in my 2005 Thunderbird. They did a wonderful job. It’s a complicated repair involving removing three chrome pieces around the windshield. It’s tricky and time consuming, but they accomplished the task beautifully. Also, Defender found an OE Carlite glass, which is quite rare. All in all, my expectations were exceeded.

I would like to say from the receptionist to the window installer was excellent to talk too and very courteous. I will definitely recommend them to family, friends and everyone else.
