Haven't shopped at CVS in a long time. Went in for OTC items. Everything was well organized and pricing was easy to read and fair. When I went to the cash register, the cashier was very helpful and pleasant. Overall a great experience!

PHARMACY BUYER BEWARE!!!The Pharmacist and Pharmacy Technician refused to use coupon pricing through GoodRX. This cruelty towards people with low income situations wasn't something I expected from CVS in my 10+ years getting my prescription filled, but now it is clear it's not about putting the patient first. I will be changing my pharmacy immediately.

I went to pick up pictures for Mother’s Day. I went up to the cashier and the white older man was very snotty at first introduction. I said I was there to pick up photos and he responded snotty asking for my name . “ARE you sure you ordered pictures here?? What’s your last name again??? Well you were supposed to receive a call! It’ll be done in 10 minutes” the app specifically tells me when to go pick them up. If you’re having a bad day you don’t have to have a rude and snotty tone with customers and be so cold.

Love all CVS pharmacies! CVS pharmacies are always clean, well stocked and organized! Employees are always welcoming and helpful! Shout out to Joe, CVS employee who goes above and beyond to assist customers, a true asset to CVS corporation!

I tried to transfer a prescription to here on a Thursday, a medication I cannot get early refills on and one that is very important. I patiently waited through the weekend for a call, I figured by Monday (getting close to running out) that it would certainly be filled in that time period. Nope! Even though it is a fresh prescription with refills, I was told that I do not have refills and that the prescription is from August. Four days and they did not call me with this information. Their excuse? "Oh we are renovating". So I called my doctor to check on what happened with my transfer, and everything was good on their end, they did NOT send a "dead" prescription as CVS claimed. You would think they would at least reach out to me (even with their incorrect information) that they "couldn't" refill my prescription! I'm not sure how a renovation affects their ability to read transfers or contact customers, but apparently it's just a good overall excuse for everything. This is absolutely ridiculous. I actually liked going there, but that is the saddest excuse I have ever heard.

Employees in the front have always been friendly.The pharmacy has been quick with medications but they definitely can be rude! Do not ask them more then 2 questions because they will cut you off and hang up on you.Not a nice feeling.
