Most horrible, unprofessional, rarely have prescriptions in stock by due date. No sense of urgency getting scripts filled. They need to be held accountable for their lack of competency. Next month pharmacy didn't order my son's scripts again. 5 days early called in and still not in stock. Boycot this horrible place. Don't put your family through this! Still issues getting prescriptions here. New month same old disorganization!

LAZY. There is no real calling them. They only accept voicemails. They will go out of there way to be lazy and put off work. Pathetic losers and somehow they have degrees.

I am so discouraged and disappointed with the pharmacy's lack of concern and effort to get the CGM sensor I need so much. It is essential to my ability to control my diabetes! I have been waiting nearly 3 weeks, but all I get is that it's been ordered. Really??

Stopped in close to closing to print pictures and it was taking a while for them to load until Nicole came by and saved the night by showing me a quicker and easier way to do what I needed done! Thanks girl!
Then there’s Joe, probably one of the nicest people I’ve encountered lately! Thank you for your help too and for the furbee, my daughter won’t let her go!

Their phone system is absolutely terrible and not customer friendly. I will not be using their services or shopping at their stores any longer. I had stopped for years, used it ONCE this year and a nightmare the second time around. NEVER AGAIN

I hate CVS, You can no longer call in and talk to a pharmacist You have to go through all these options then finally leave a voicemail and then they call you back. You can't leave a voicemail even if you call before the store is open. Every month I've been going there for years and every month they change my prescriptions to 90 days. I keep telling them I need 30 days. Insurance and co-pays cover 30 days. Also I don't want 90 days I want all my prescriptions on the same time. Again every month I have to call them and tell them to change of 98 prescription to a 30-day prescription. They must like doing double work themselves. I wish my insurance use someone else but they only use CVS.

Haven't shopped at CVS in a long time. Went in for OTC items. Everything was well organized and pricing was easy to read and fair. When I went to the cash register, the cashier was very helpful and pleasant. Overall a great experience!

PHARMACY BUYER BEWARE!!!The Pharmacist and Pharmacy Technician refused to use coupon pricing through GoodRX. This cruelty towards people with low income situations wasn't something I expected from CVS in my 10+ years getting my prescription filled, but now it is clear it's not about putting the patient first. I will be changing my pharmacy immediately.
