“Hi. I went to rural king on April 29th 24. I had trouble with a pool. I payed for warranty and they didn't have the same one. I wasn't happy that I had to pay the difference because they no longer have it. After taking apart and bringing up the whole pool so I can get it rectified by myself and daughter the 2 ladies in their helped me! These women worked there but off! These 2 girls had to take all of the heavy stuff out for the customers. I wish I knew there names because they was so kind and was very much over worked. I was there almost 2 hours while These 2 woman worked the whole store ! There was other employees but let me tell you these 2 was above and beyond! They need a vacation and better pay I'm sure! And they including me did what I'm sure a man is being paid for. Lifting very heavy stuff. With no man around to be seen! Except to shut the door after to my truck! I appreciate these 2 because if not I would have been very upset!”
“The sweetest kindest people work here. Since day one when we first moved over here, they've treated my daughter and me with so much kindness. Lovely store with great products and even lovelier people. My daughter loves giving the owner and his family big hugs. Thank you so much for making us feel welcomed and like family in this lovely community.”
“Clean store band great service. I stopped in yesterday for Polar Pop Diet Dr. Pepper. The fountain dispenser needed refilled. I went to the counter and Heather was returning to it. I mentioned the Diet Dr Pepper and she said she just returned from connecting more. I went back to the dispenser and it was more working! Thanks, Heather!!!”
“Very amiable staff. Hard-working respectable owner. Seems to genuinely care about his customers and the community. The store itself is a bit older building but has a genuinely good feel to it. I never feel like I'm rushed or waiting for a very long time.”

“They have a new owner , he is doing a great job , the lights out front are much brighter now, i feel safer waking there at night ! Also has added lots of new stuff like thermals hoodies,and beanies ! Also if you need something they do t have just suggest or ask !”

“Went in this morning to get my usual coffee and noticed that the store starts opening at 6 and I have been going in right as they open and their store is so clean every morning and the staff is friendly and I told this to the manager of that store and it made her day as it does mine to be able to get coffee and greeted by people that actually like their job! Go Elyria store”

“Best atmosphere you can ask for from a gas station. I've been a regular for at least a few years now and it's refreshing to see almost all the workers have stayed employed through that time. Wayyy better than Speedway across the street lol”
“Whenever I am in town, I usually make it a point to stop here and grab some Crunk energy drinks.The store is usually clean, the employees are friendly and knowledgeable about items for sale.Gas is usually cheaper here by a few cents as opposed to other gas stations in the area.”

“Haven't shopped at CVS in a long time. Went in for OTC items. Everything was well organized and pricing was easy to read and fair. When I went to the cash register, the cashier was very helpful and pleasant. Overall a great experience!”

“This was a great place to stop! The bathrooms were relatively clean and the staff were super friendly. The gas prices were very good. There was plenty of drink and snack variety to choose from.”
