Noticed they were slowly adjusting my insurance rate a few dollars every couple of weeks. I didn't inform them the first couple adjustments assuming the minor adjustments would stop but unfortunately they continued. After informing them of the issue, they asked for a moment to figure out what was going and if they could call me back. After 3 days of not hearing from them I made the decision to call them back and cancel my auto insurance through them, a week before it renewed. The following week my account was charged again. After calling and informing them, I was told my account would be recredited in two weeks ,4/17. As of now ,4/24, my account has not been recredited but was told that I should be seeing it any day now. Nice people up there, just wish the company could follow through with what they say.
Edit: as of now ,5/1, my account has still yet to be recredited. Curious if they will "accidentally" withdraw from my account again.

I repeatedly called Cobos about an issue and was always told that someone more knowledgeable about my issue would call me back. Nobody ever did. I repeatedly emailed Cobos about my issue and never received a reply. I can't imagine trying to contact Cobos if I had an actual emergency. I've switched to another agency and had immediate responses.

I used to love this company but in the last year it really changed. My agent kept sending me to another employee for questions and he kept telling me to check my manual except Safeco is a discount company and doesn't have one, the web site literally doesn't have any contact info for Safeco it just tells you to call the independent agent. I asked them in June to find me a cheaper company after a large increase at safeco but they never got back to me even after several emails asking for updates. So I was forced to switch to another company and it was extremely difficult to cancel this policy and they tried to withdrawl my payment after anyways causing bank fees and errors.

I have been a customer of this agency for decades. Anytime I have a question they are there for a person to person answer and are very knowledgeable. This is a family run organization. In my experience they are friendly and will go out of the way to find the best insurance deal for you. I highly recommend them. I have recommended them to family and friends and have never heard a negative feedback.

I have been working with Cobos Insurance Center for many years now. They have served my parents and several family members for most of my life. I would, and have, recommended their services to anyone looking for the best customer service. Christina has even called to tell me she found us lower rates. They have provided us with auto insurance for so long it was a simple decision when we bought our home who to use to protect it. They are truly a family business protecting families.
