As someone who uses for ptsd and anxiety this place had become a hell hole. Everytime i come to buy the waiting room is full of loud people and it sets off my anxiety.ive been shopping for a year here but now will never come back.

I ve been a med patient for a couple of years now and i paid for 5.66 and i only got 4.2 what type of scam business are you running would like a explanation and what i am owed . staff in back was great but front desk was rude .

Best place to get your cannabis stuff! Employees are nice and helpful! Probably the best dispensary in Ohio! They have Monday and Thursday specials, 30 percent off.

Second time in a row I placed an online order and they lost it. The first time they eventually found it but the second time I had to wait in a backed hallway 30 min…..defeating the purpose

Stale flower last 4 trips. Nothing worse than buy extremely over priced Ohio flower, only to get home and its stale....again! Absolutely horrible quality control. If you are able, DO NOT buy in Ohio yet. Still worth it to travel to MI for quality and price.

Receptionist seemed clueless and I waited an hour. Very unorganized operation and a pre-order is meaningless. You wait in line like everyone else. Looks like it is Rise only from now on. Not to mention they forgot to give me back my liscense which they take when you walk in so I had to go back. Never seen anything so backwards in the different dispensaries around where I have been.

This place is great. The location is easy to find, the service is some of the best I've come across, the lobby is comfortable if there is a wait, they don't rush you for a sale, and they have excellent products. Definitely worth checking out if this is your thing

What is this place not a dispensary by my experience. Absolutely the most disrespectful inconsiderate staff I've ever met in my life. I will tell everyone I know who smokes never ever ever buy anything from this FRX craft what ever can't even say the name I feel like I'm literally lying

Stopped here with a friend, you need ID to enter and if you buy anything you have to have a profile made up with your ID, I stepped out because it's not my thing, but if you are going to stop in make sure you have your ID.....or you will not be allowed past the locked entrance.
