Since they started cropping up, I've been to almost all the car wash brands and this one is one of the best. It's got the most affordable basic option (that still cleans well) especially if you don't want to spend $$ on the top tier package. And the vacuums always work well. I don't have a membership so I just pay each time. Once they gave a little car freshener which was a nice touch!

Bogus products!! Manager doesn’t stand behind the effectiveness of his car wash. Was told by one of his employees that the ceramic wash would take off every bug on my car, it was the best wash. However, this was not true. Every bug that was on my car prior to the wash was still there. Went back to see if they would honor the wash, with receipt mind you. No luck! I was told unfortunately two days later, they could not stand behind the wash. Car is extremely clean except for the bugs. Don’t waste your money. Go to another car wash, I surely will not visit again.

I been a member since they first open I never had issues until one day my truck antenna wing got ripped of by one of the brushes it happened while the wash the lady found my wing. I spoke to the nice Manager Daniel and he was very helpful he apologized for the inconvenience.
I just received a call today stating that they can't do anything about it and by that being said thank you for damaging my truck I will take my money somewhere else since they also said they can't take responsibility for the wear and tare I am a Quality Manager and I know for a fact that happened while the wash it is very concerning for other customers if your car gets damage they won't fix your car be careful with Clean they are no good for that I will be talking to a legal team soon to see if anything can be done specially that their team admitted it happened in their facility.
I was also paying 40 a month so that means 480 dollars a year won't hurt me or you. I will be saving that 480 in my bank thank you for the inconvenience
After camera review I was told it has happened before and probably going to keep happening to other people you guys could of at least credited me my month paid and I would of kept the membership now you lost a customer for good. Clean express is very irresponsible master level procrastinators.

This was my first time going through the Clean Express Auto Wash in Elyria. My vehicle was pretty dirty and the auto wash did a great job of getting it clean. I chose the CLEAN EST ULTRA Signature Wash + Ceramic package. The smell of the soap in the Carwash is nice. I could smell it while I was going through the wash and for a little while after. I loved that even my tires were shiny and clean. Gotta love free vacuums & free air!! There are several vacuum stations which makes it nice because it was busy but I didn’t have to wait on a spot to open. To vacuum my car. The attendant that greeted me was very kind and helpful. Highly recommend any of their locations.
