Mr. Novak has been doing my taxes for more than 20 years. He looks at all the options and ways to file and always comes up with what makes the most sense. He charges a reasonable fee, better than any other service and has the title of CPA on the return that deters the auditors. This year the IRS is extremely slow at processing the returns, perhaps due to COVID issues as well as Tax Law changes, but certainly not caused by Mr. Novak. I'm sure this will continue for some time, so if you want your returns back sooner, get your documents to him earlier.

Jim is a very nice man. Very personable. But I was told that it would only take 2 weeks to complete my taxes after filing an extension. It has now been two and a half months and my taxes still aren't filed and I still don't have my refund. I don't think my wife and I will be returning.
