Poor customer service, not helpful, the place is dirty/not easy to navigate due to the amount of items, the one employee was rude to a customer when he walked in.In short, I will not be back. This place has gone downhill over the years.

Well from one phone call I can tell you I won't shop here The kid and I underline the word kid pretty much told me I was stupid and didn't have time for me. If I could leave you less than one star I would. You represent your business when you answer the phone and say their name so why would you act like an ass. It makes no sense to me but I will not be shopping here thank you. I'm sure Cleveland is a big enough place and Yelp is a professional enough establishment to help me find a usable hobby store and make a very large purchase which is I intended and I even told the kid that in the very first words I spoke to him so I guess he doesn't care what his bosses business does.

This place has been my go to spot since 2012 . Always more then happy to help no matter what it is . If they don't have it in store they are more then happy to order it for you and hold it until you can make it back in for it . They have a huge variety of brands , cars , trucks , planes, heli's , boats and so much more it would take all day to list them all . The staff is friendly and knowledgeable as well . Will continue coming here for years to come .

Therapy. Lots of therapy needed. Took my R/C truck in for some upgrades and got nothing but headaches and excuses why nothing was done. Model selection poor. If your not in the market for an R/C then just find another store.

Don't believe the reviews. Been going to this place for years. Great service and smart help with arc cars. Just bought wheels and tires from them yesterday.

If you want over priced parts with a side of attitude, this is the place for you. Seriously in a business that is failing to online orders, you would think the staff could be a little nicer a will never go back
