Was having the worst car trouble. Was finally able to get to the problem. Went here to get car part and service was great, and fast. Turns out didn’t need the car part and was refunded and they were very accommodating. Missed the reward on new wipers for your birthday ??♀️? good place

What a terrible experience. Called last week for exhaust parts. Told $64. Couldn't get over to pick it up then so I called yesterday 6/2/22 for the same exact part. Employee told me $74. I was shocked it went up but was still affordable for me so I went over. My dad, a mechanic, decided to take me because a lot of places will give you more expensive parts if they think your gender is "less than" in their eyes. So 30 mins later we show up and now the price, for the exact same part they just told us about, was now well over $100. We both looked at this dude and said how much we were told on the phone not 30 mins ago and suddenly it was, what employee and he started telling asking everyone who talked to me about a part. A man answered, and the manager gave him this kinda shi**y look for telling us a low price. Then of course it charged to, "oh this is a different brand, the one he told you about is actually $84". Like how has the price on one part changed 4 different times, 3 of those times in 30 mins?I just paid to be done with it. Manager was si**y with his female employee because she attached my receipt to the wrong invoice and threw the receipt at her after he ripped it off.We're a family that buys a lot of parts for business and personal. I'm in the transportation industry and my family owns a trucking company. I'd rather go thru Amazon at this point than to deal with this place again.0/10

The best car parts store hands down. Tons of items available, and for some reason its not there it will be the next morning. Very knowledgeable, friendly people, and the prices can't be beat.
