This is the second time in a year we have used Caliber Collision and we are 1000% satisfied with the work they have done. Our car had a tree fall on it Caliber fixed it perfectly. We got hit by a careless driver Caliber fixed it perfectly. Not to mention the absolutely stellar customer service you get from the team at Caliber. They take your calls and kindly answer all questions. Caliber Collision is the best shop in Decatur. I highly recommend you take your wreck there and they have it looking brand new. They got our car done early as well, which is a nice bonus.

Service like he used to get almost like the customers always right. And I wasn’t right, and they still helped me. There was a chip that the branch didn’t cause but when they saw that it was the only one left on the door. He decided to help me with it anyway since it was just on a piece of trim.

Their work was on time, and well done. Moreover, they cleaned my entire car, which i did not expect. Lastly, they’re located within walking distance of Hertz car rental, which was very convenient.

After my accident my car was taken to Caliber Collision. I honestly had never heard of them before. I am so grateful it was. The employee's are amazing and so helpful. They kept in contact every step of the way. They answered all my questions completely and understood my worries. If you EVER need this service take it to Caliber Collision. They are truly the best.
