Waiting on a reply from September 2023 from the owner about the lack of knowledge from the installers. I spent $500 on new speakers (flawless installation), but then spent another $1,000.00 in labor while being told numerous items needed replaced to stop the buzzing.
I ended up finding & buying the sub $100 part myself that was never mentioned and fixed my issue. They had to unplug and replug in the broken part for installation but failed to recognize.
8 months with no reply.
