I’m disappointed with my experience with this dealership. I bought my car certified preowned thinking that my car should have passed rigorous inspections and 5 months later I already had to buy a set of tires and replace the front brakes and rotors. The car also did not come with an owners manual which to me would be standard with a CPO vehicle. I had to wait to initially pick up the vehicle up as they discovered that the battery was weak, again something that should have been discovered during the CPO inspection. I probably will not do business here again in the future.

Non-existent customer service. No follow through. I've tried Bass Mazda twice now, and both times have been very much let down.
May 2021: Was interested in a CX-30. Sales staff took my info, said they would call back with appointment for test drive, model availability, and never heard a peep back. Even called back and left several voicemails. It was like I didn't even exist. Ended up going to another dealer. With COVID shortages and staffing issues I can understand, but absolutely no follow up was pretty disappointing.
March 2024: Decided to buy out lease and was price shopping extended factory warranties from Mazda. It was like a ghost town, only one employee in the entire building, who took my info, gave me finance managers card and said to expect a call the next day. Nothing. Ended up calling finance manager and left a voicemail and just like last time never got a call back. Thankfully we price shopped and managed to get an extended warranty from a different dealer.
I'll be in the market again for a Mazda SUV but I would not feel confident ever purchasing from here, particularly with the above issues, let alone if I would ever need service.

I wouldn’t recommend this dealer. I used them when I bought a Ford & a Mazda. I won’t use them again. The Ford service department & sales tactics at Mazda aren’t ethical.
Update: I had issues obtaining the extended warranty that I purchased. I purchased the vehicle in August of 2023 and just received the warranty in March of 2024. It took multiple emails & a call to Mazda to get what was required.

It's weird seeing a dealership have high ratings but it makes sense. Came here for service a few times (just routine stuff) and the people here are consistently great.

Bass Mazda Dealer Austin and finance manager Andrew Hall were not helpful after the purchase of the car. They forgot to send me the title and don't answer the phone. Very disappointing customer service .

Bass Mazda was fast, friendly and very informative. I love how they gave me a video of how my car is doing so I know what is coming up to be fixed or replaced.

Service was simple in and out. Pulled into the bay, walked inside, the had all of my info ready and what I was there for. Sat and had a coffee while I waited, and before I could finish, the service was complete.
