I don't like going there unless I have to or don't need to get much. I used to go there all the time, but I'd rather drive a little farter and go to another location. Always packed, and seems to take a long time to get your parts looked up paid for and out the door.

Best customer service hands down!!! It was ridiculously cold and Jared gladly replaced my car battery and refused to accept a tip. I'll never go anywhere else from this day forward. Can't thank him enough!!!!

I went to Aurozone for wiper blades. The salesman showed me a ton of different price points but did not pressure me. When I chose the middle option and purchased them, he happily and quickly installed them and disposed of the old ones.

I stopped here on 9/7/2023 and a lady with blonde short hair greeted me. I asked if I could have my battery tested as my car has been needing a jump several times. She brought the tester out, had a hard time entering information into it which was clearly labeled on my battery, hooked it up and tells me my battery was good and to come back in 3 months to have it checked again. I told her that it was puzzling because my car battery keeps needing jumped. She said she “thinks” it could be the alternator and says sorry and walks away. I drove off and went to O’Reilly’s down the street and had a guy check it again. He hooked everything up, and had me start my car, long an behold, my battery was dead. He had to jump it and after it started he checked it again and guess what!?? The batter was indeed bad and the alternator was just fine. I purchased my battery from them, had it installed and my car has no issues and even drives better. It’s pretty embarrassing for a company to hire someone like her to represent a business with no knowledge of vehicles. I myself am no mechanic but I’m not a fool either. I hate the fact She dismissed me so quick and after seeing her struggling to attach the cables and test a battery and then check it with the engine off, I knew she had no clue as to what she was doing. I’ve never been one to complain but in this case I’m doing so because I could’ve been stranded on the side of the road if I didn’t take it elsewhere. Your employees should really be trained better before having them represent you. I will never return and would never recommend you to anyone.
