Today my Fiancé and I went to AT&T for a simple question about our phones. Tyler the Store Manager greeted us instantly and was the biggest help. We’ve been wanting to upgrade our phones for a few months now. Tyler was able to fix everything and get us into the phones we wanted on the spot. Tyler is extremely upfront and will tell you everything that is going to happen. He also writes everything down in front of you so you can see what is happening. He was extremely helpful and understanding with everything! If there is anything phone related this store without a doubt can take care of you! Everyone in the store was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. This was by far the best experience I’ve had in an AT&T store in years! I highly recommend it! Tyler Kline and his team are some of the best!

Amazing staff at the West River Road location! Extremely helpful and patient with the purchase of a new phone. This location is a little out of the way for me but I will be a repeat customer there. They definitely surpass the Staffing on Leavitt Road in Lorain

I had an experience I didn't expect to have!! Tyler was awesome in helping my mom and I out with our questions and such!!! Their prices on accessories is crazy, but we are both certainly enjoying our new phones and my new setvice!!! I had T-Mobile for about 16 years or more before At&t! T-Mobile trains their employees to flat out lie to you to get you in the door. Aside from that, never had any problems with service or my old Note 8! I'm glad I did switch over though!!! Thank you again, Tyler!!!

Came in looking upgrade my phone. The store manager, Tyler. Made this process very quick and easy, as well as Tyler being very knowledgeable and quick with answers to my questions and concerns. I would recommend Tyler and his team to anyone. All around perfect experience.

If I could give less than one star I would! Everything seemed fine when I was in store with staff but after I left and a couple days had passed I had come to find that they add a bunch of things to my bill that they didn’t tell me about! I came in to upgrade my phone but left with a bunch of things I didn’t need or want but the sales representative insisted where free. BEWARE! My bill went from a hundred and some to almost 400$!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!! At&T is a DAMN SCAM!!

Service was awesome. Very helpful and the staff was very pleasant and NICK the assistant manager was easy to talk to and went above and beyond to help and make sure I was satisfied.

Walked into Elyria and was greeted immediately by a manager whose name was Nick. I washed asked what was bringing me in. And we instantly got to work. I was in and out in no time. Great service 5 ⭐️!

The 3 gentlemen that work at this location are not knowledgeable on customer service & gave me wrong info. After trying to apply a discount to my bill, I was told it didn't need to be closed out & a new acct opened. Corporate rejected the change & I had to make a 2nd trip to the store only to find out it did indeed have to be closed out & reopened. Thought issues would be straightened out but NO, had to make a 3rd trip to the store when I received 2 bills. They didn't even offer to try to help me with calling AT&T customer service as a previous manager had & claimed even if I was double billed for making the change to my acct, it was in fact correct. FYI the billing dates overlapped & I am eligible for a refund. Maybe all 3 of them need some training at the customer service facility. They are only interested in making a sale. Giving out wrong info & being rude, VERY rude because I made them stay past closing time, wasn't my fault. Should have done at correctly the 1st time & they wouldn't have had to fix the problem!

I came into the Elyria Store, after I was referred to this location by a very satisfied customer.I had a huge issue, blocking me from making any changes to my account, that stemmed back to an error on a new account from 2021. Nick was so patient, kind, and helpful with my EXTREMELY frustrating situation. He worked tirelessly for a resolution (6 hours, actually!) - and never allowed my frustration to impact his service.Mya was also very patient and helpful offering creative solutions to fix our situation. She was patient, and didn’t allow my frustration to fluster her in any way.DEFINITELY recommend that you go to the Elyria location, and ask specifically for one of these two stellar employees- they truly are phenomenal!(These two were so kind, professional, and engaged in my situation/creating a resolution, that I actually made a trip back to the store to speak with their manager!)

Isaiah (I hope I spelled his name right!) was extremely helpful and explained everything to us in great detail - from the phone prices, our line issues and the device know how! Very friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. I would recommend coming to see him and the rest of the team anytime.
