“I had placed an online order for two sets of ceramic dishes for our anniversary party. They arrived with many pieces broken in each of the two boxes. I was really distraught about this (I cried big ugly tears), because this was a really special occasion for us. I didn't have enough time for a second order to arrive, nor did I have enough time to find something comparable locally. Josh was very calm and kind on the phone, even though I was not. He suggested a viable solution and gave me a refund. I wasn't thinking clearly at that moment, so his guidance was exactly what I needed. “Wow. The name says it all: The Bargain House!!!! Dave was soo helpful and even helped load the furniture into our vehicle!! Great Selection on beautiful furniture that are neatly arranged. We got a great deal on a solid wood buffet we’ll be using for a tv stand!! No cheap Amazon or wayfair in our house again. We’ll come here for select needs! You young kids need to check this place out. It’s real furniture not junk!! And great prices!!! We’ll be back!! Very pleased!😊”
