We’re currently at Altitude for a party and my family was trying to take a picture two of the female staff that was on the trampoline started talking trash about my family to each other until they noticed there was two of us right underneath them then a male worker asked if they wanted a donut and they ran and got a donut and ate it on the trampoline While watching my family again and continued talking trash about my family. It was very unprofessional and upsetting. Ruined my entire time.

My kids love it so much we got passes and we definitely get our money's worth. Staff are so friendly and helpful.

Snooze fest! First, employees took 15 minutes to even come greet us at the register. Second, this place is TRASH. Nothing is like how it was before. No foam pit, no referee, and no employees around. I could’ve been jumping in some high heels and they wouldn’t even notice. Third, a bunch of Bebe kids running around with no parents paying attention. Me and my bf got HARASSED by some WEIRD GHETTO UNSUPERVISED children. The only reason I’m giving two stars is because the bathrooms were pristine. Save your $$ and go to Sky Zone!!

Planned on going Saturday morning with my son, checked the hours of operation & said it opened at 10am. By the time we got there it was 11am and it was closed and an employee said they are still not open yet

Terrible place to bring kids. Owners and workers talk about people hiding in their office with door open. had attitude, yelling and arguing with adults when kids are present. Very unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend. Can’t bring your own pizza in the facility after spending 400$ plus on kids to jump but they can order pizza for you. And it’s takes hours for it to get here. The pizza I ordered for these hungry kids came before the pizza they ordered for us. Basically asked us to leave because they had a sign that is covered up saying you can’t bring in food. Won’t be back.

Good place for kids of all ages ,& if you check out there site they do have special events for kids with sensory issues and toddlers as well

We’ve been a handful of times. My kids enjoy it. It’s your typical trampoline play place. Lots of kids jumping around. Can be busy on weekends. Birthday parties can be held here to my knowledge.

I just had my son’s 2nd birthday party here. Overall I will say we had a good time. After the party was over I went up front to pay my dues. The “manager” was disgusting. He literally yelled at me after I already paid because I had questions in regards to the overall total. He was negligent in explaining to me cost and completely embarrassed me by yelling at the top of his lungs “As if I wasn’t going to pay after I already handed him the cash”. Then had the nerve to say that’s how he spoke to everyone. He had a very unprofessional demeanor. Looked like he could care less about his presentation of the company. I had zero issues until I had to work with him. Don’t work in customer service if you can’t explain a simple break down of what’s what. I will advise people to find other indoor activities before choosing to pay money here. I’m 32 years old and he yelled at me like I was some little kid. It made me feel undermined and was completely disrespectful! I will also be making further reviews on every platform I am able because of the level of disrespect that was shown to me. I was even holding my baby in my arms as he was yelling and it made my son start to scream back at him which in turn got me yelling back. Just disgusting behavior from a grown man who claimed to have been the manager.

It was a fun experience but there should be court monitors..there were shoes flying, balls being launched from across the room, kids running, injuries galore. I kept a close eye on my babe but we did end up leaving before our time was up because there was a lot of chaos ensuing all while the five 17 year old employees were eating their chipotle in the back room with the door wide open hahah

I cut my foot on a crooked screw. I signed a waiver for jumping, not to be cut up by crooked screws.

Staff whine about socks even for parents in their own socks who are not jumping.. simply trying to get a few minutes of clips up close enough near my daughter.. teenage staff are sock Nazis will not be back
