First off, I can't say enough about Spoke Life's customer service and going the extra mile! I am touring across the US and had a small crash and needed some repairs. I called the Fremont shop and Mike went the extra mile to find the parts I would need and when he realized his location didn't have them he called the other shop, which then called me back, the rest was seamless. Best small town bike shop there is! They treat you like a friend and not a hindrance that some snootier shops do. I'll gladly make the 40 minute drive for repairs and purchases. Doug is a great bike mechanic and is a wealth of knowledge.

I got a brand new bike that was assembled poorly at another store and they were able to take it in right away and fixed it in front of me. They were very busy but took the time to make sure we felt like a priority which was nice. My bike works great now! Highly recommend them for repairs :)

Just stopped in to discuss if biking would even be possible for someone with my medical limitations. Mike was extremely helpful and spent a lot of time with me, allowing me to try different set ups until we found one that would work for me. Excellent customer service.
