“10/17/2023...A relative of mine rented a storage unit for another relative of ours. The unit serves the purpose. We did have issues getting into the gate when we got there but a quick phone call got that resolved. Also, maybe we missed how to activate the lights, but the area our storage unit is in was pitch black. It was night time so we had to use flash lights to see our way around. All of the other sections seemed to be lit up just fine. Otherwise, a good experience.”
“Called to cancel storage several times. Left message to call me. No one did. Stayed on hold for 5 minutes one time. No one picked up. Got a call today with apologies and a refund.would be 5 if the call had come before my initial response.”
