Only place that actually has the wrong prices on their drinks and just upcharges you at the register. I was getting a drink that said $1.79 but it rang up $1.99. Might not seem like a big deal but it's definitely breaking the law or just lazy staffing. Either way if a company has to lie to sell then it's not a good company

Nice gas station with fairly competitive gas prices. The tap to pay feature on the pump did not work.

When you call an order in well before time of pick and are told that's not a problem. Stand for 5 minutes with no service and told it will be another 6-10 minutes. Do better.

So I really like Casey's. I really like their pizza. However, I think it's ridiculous that I have to stand there for 20-30 minutes for someone to hand me the order that I can see is just sitting there, waiting for someone to hand it to me. Not once in that time did the person even poke their head out to see if someone was standing their waiting for their order. They are lucky I was patient enough to not just walk into the kitchen and grab my order myself. While this was a more agregious example,,it is the norm for it to take around 10-15 minutes for them to even notice im standing there. Extremely frustrating.

I usually stop at Casey's further west. And, in the morning. (They have great donuts!) I'd heard online that Casey's has great roadfood pizza. They'right! Not only is it great roadfood, but also great pizza in general! I had a slice each of the pepperoni and plain. I'd rate both on a par with what I've had in upstate New York. However, if you're from out-of-state, I cannot recommend a special trip here. Unless your compliance with traffic law is super-human, you risk being stopped by law enforcement. On the preceding day, I was stopped for doing barely seven mph over the limit while trying to pass a dump truck, the driver of which sped-up upon seeing the cop in the center median. I slowed-down, got behind the truck and was then stopped by an OHP officer. I got a "Friendly Reminder" warning ticket for speeding. Next time, you or I might not be as lucky. I mention this because the next day, while en-route to Lima, I was followed by an Ohio Highway Patrol officer for nearly ten miles after getting off U.S. 30. I saw the officer in my rearview mirror make a U-turn to follow me. (I have out-of-state 'vanity' plates. Chances are his/her "plate reader" caught that I had recently been stopped.) OHP, I have learned my lesson. I am now a much more careful driver. But, I am now also a very fearful driver. And, I now regard Ohio as a "drive thru" state. I'll refuel before entry and again after exiting the state. While I won't let this experience deter me from going to places in Ohio which I enjoy, I won't be as enthusiastic -or as likely to return soon. Ohio has fallen to 51st of U.S. jurisdictions to spend my money in. Sometimes actions have unintended consequences. Watch your driving here very, very carefully. Even getting a "warning ticket" on a traffic stop ruins a vacation

9 times out of 10, the pumps can't provide a receipt. Pump #10 was out of order without a notice on the handles. The line inside is always slow, and today there was no one at the counter so I didn't get a receipt at all. I missed out on my Upside rebate thanks to that experience. I have a special needs child; it's a great hardship to go inside for a receipt.Great selection in the store and competitive prices, but I will stick with Meijer and Speedway from now on.

It’s a nice gas station, and the store is clean, but I’m frustrated that they have the tap option on their gas pumps, yet have a sign next to it that says it’s not available yet. I didn’t have my card with me today, but figured it would be ok to wait to get gas at Casey’s, as they’re new. I figured since they’re a newer store, that they’d have the tap option available.I was a little annoyed that I had to go inside to pay, but it was fine, whatever. The tap option worked inside, thank goodness. However, when I asked about the tap option being outside on the pumps, as notated, they said not only did it not work, but that they would never have that option on the pumps. This makes NO sense. Why even show the option at all?? And for them to be so nonchalant about it, that they never intend on offering that, was ridiculous. To not offer that option, with so many people using it everywhere else, is frustrating. They need to get rid of it from the pumps so that the assumption isn’t even there. This is my first and last time I’ll be buying gas there.

The gas was cheap for the area. That was nice. The washer reservoirs were empty. (One of the reasons I stopped was to clean my rear window.) The pump was out of receipt paper. The restroom needed cleaned and was out of soap. I'm not going to buy any snacks when I can't wash my hands so I didn't try anything inside after that

Kitchen lady is nice. Cashier was very rude. Everything here is expensive. $7 for a breakfast burrito (that was horrible and I only took 1 bite of) and a small iced coffee. Wow. Only reason it isn’t 1 star is because the kitchen worker was friendly. If it was just for the cashier it would be 0 stars.
