Ill start by saying I was helped by a very nice man this morning when I bought my photos, got home and realized that my 5x7's printed with lines in them. I called to ask if they could be reprinted and was spoken to very rudely by a female employee that was also very rude during my visit this morning when I pressed the assistance button at the photo counter. I was told that it was not their fault, that that's how the file came in (not the case, as the other size printed without the flaw) and she didnt even try to hide her annoyance when she said "I guess we could try to redo it". This employee is rude every time I'm in the store getting pictures. I hate to go somewhere else because of ONE employee, but I'm going to have to. She is just too rude.

Got a prescription on thursday April, 18. I was 4 pills short. Called to report it.. Was told I was wrong.. they need to check video footage from behind the counter to see who's skimming.

This place is great. Customer service is fantastic and Always friendly. The deals are great and the variety of products is never ending.
