Didn't have a phone. Internet was down. Guy tapped on a screen for ten minutes just for me to go home and order a phone with the app. Useless place.

In the past we have gone to the Huber Heights Verizon Corporate Store and always had horrible experiences, so when we needed to buy an iPad, I checked for a store in Eaton. After reading all the glowing reviews, we decided to go to this store in Eaton.
This is the best experience we've ever had in a Verizon store!!! Tyler was fantastic with asking what we needed, answering our questions, setting up the iPad, getting it added to our account and making good recommendations. We were so relieved because we'd been dreading going to a Verizon store based on our previous experiences. Thank you so much!!

The people staffing these locations are sales personnel, not technical people. They stated I should call Verizon's customer service. I am reluctant to do that because every time I call them, I'm on the phone with them for an hour and a half, talk to 4 to 5 people and still don't have my problem resolved. Very poor customer service when you call them!!

Went in to get my phone looked at was not acting properly. The one rep jaret was busy with other people but was able to work with me to figure out what’s going on. Turns out my phone had no hope but he was able to find me a good deal on a new phone and moved all my info from my old phone over! Great experience!! 10/10

Recently I switched carriers to Verizon, added a new line to our home account and was served by the most patient young man (Jarrett, I believe) who helped us until transfer was complete. After having a little trouble with a transfer code that Spectrum had, He went above and beyond, was patient, and got Customer Service to help us while we were there at the store. Five star service. Thank you.

I do not have mobile service. My 5g is now 4g. When to try to make a call or open an app you are advised "Your device is not registered" I went to this store and I was told by the representative "I drive everywhere in town and I don't have any issues" He advised me "I don't know what to tell you!" Horrible customer service. I still do not have service. I have been with this carrier for years. After calling the 800 service number I was advised "Just use your wifi at home." Needless to say I will be switching carrier. How can a company charge you for service you don't have?
