Great post office and friendly workers. Most complaints come from grumpy customers that don't read, blame others, or have no clue how the mail works. Appreciate our great local office a lot!

Just brought my computer in from the rain where they left it... I have an entire carport where it could have been safe. The shoes I got last week the box was busted nearly in two pieces. And this is the new carrier, the last one used to just deliver my mail to various neighbors, have to wait 3 more days to receive my mail because it gets sent back to the post office first.If you go to the post office, it's a entirely different story, the ex-marine running the counter is in there talking down to the customers like they are unruly children on his playground. They block my front door with packages every time they bring them, I don't know how they don't understand I use that door to get out of the house.

If we get our mail at all is been getting here later and later. We constantly have packages not delivered with an update that says, "customer requested to hold at post office" just because they didn't feel like delivering it. And now, a package I have been waiting for, the status of it says it was picked up AT the post office, even though it said it was out for delivery this morning and we didn't get anything delivered today at all despite the daily email showing we had other mail that was supposed to be delivered too. Horrible

I've had to update my address 3 times now. And it still hasn't been changed. Very poor customer service in person as well, they couldn't tell me how it happened. its been going on a month almost for me to even receive a piece of mail. not very happy with usps.

If I could get my mail from a different post office I would. Someone I know sent me some sample makeup and they don't know where it is. No I do not have a tracking number and neither does she. She mailed it from the Miami Valley area and I've been waiting for it for almost 2 weeks. Never had a problem with them until now and I am confused on where my stuff is. Nobody has an answer for me.

Still waiting on a package that was supposed to be delivered three weeks ago.They claim that the address is different than the mailing address even though the shipper sent me a picture of the package to confirm everything before he sent it.I've only been back in this area for a few months now and I'm already fed up.

The post master Matt at this location should work on getting a better attitude and customer service etiquette as he has neither. Always rude and nasty to customers and acts above them, guy must live a real shallow and miserable life outside his position and takes it out on others. Pretty sad.

It's a regular occurrence that my mail does not get delivered. I sometimes have a package that says "out for delivery" and gets taken back to the post office. It's inconvenient when I have important packages for college.
