Had to wait on the phone for almost 20 mins for them to just keep telling me to hold. Going to a different bank to open an account. So unprofessional.

I will explain my experience at US Bank Eaton Ohio. As WOW. Been there twice in 6 months. Had to Walk out both times. Sure glade I have move most all of my banking to one that cares about customer service. You sure won’t find it at this bank. Don’t waste your time with telling me we’re to call or email. WOW
