When you call for a recall you are kinda already pissed. Them telling me they part can be in 1 to 4 weeks. That pissed me off more. 5 weeks later no call from them. I had to do someones job to see if the part was in then they couldnt get me in for an other 2 weeks. Luckly I had an extra vehicle to drive while all this was going on.
When I bought the car 7 years ago I thought everyone was great. Now I will drive to buy my next dealer car.

It's sad that I had a valve cover and valve cover gasket put on in January of thus year, and I was still leaking oil like crazy. Was told it was the oil pan and oil cooler lines. So I replaced the oil pan and still was leaking I was loosing almost 2 quarts a week. Was also told the oil cooler lines wasn't leaking they are just soaked. So I took it back to service and was denied service to replace the valve cover gasket when it was under warranty and my wife told Gene and showed him where it was coming from and he agreed. The codes read p0171 which was the valve cover gasket. So I bought a brand new one and had someone else put it on and behold when I saw the one service put on this year it was ripped and torn. I spent $200 on oil, oil pan, valve cover gasket, sealer, just at a auto parts store and I forget how much at Larkin. Was terrible and really really upset. This is my wife's car and I expected better service but guess not. I have prof of all transactions.

Best customer service my husband and I have ever had car shopping!!! Our salesman Adam Selby, General Manager Mark, and Financial Officer Chance were top of the line from the moment we drove on the lot, until signing the purchase agreement…all within 3 hours. We NEVER felt any pressure ( as we have in past by other competitors) We will definitely do service again with Adam Selby in the future. Sincerely, Doug and Treva McDaniel

Zach went the extra mile to find me a vehicle that matched what I wanted. The vehicle had a defective part and Larkin-Cobb found another vehicle the same at another dealership. I was not inconvenienced at all while that process played out.

They were honest and told me that what I needed to was not something they had to do and advised me on this.

This is a fantastic business. I purchased my first car (a 2021 Nissan Versa) through Larkin Cobb Chevrolet GMC and was beyond happy with how everything was handled.
The staff is friendly and easy to talk to. I received nothing but respect and honesty when talking with Mark, the General Manager. The car I was looking at had slight cosmetic damage. He did not hesitate to lower the price of the vehicle after seeing it.
Adam Selby is the salesman to work with. I’m sure all the other salesmen are excellent in their own right, but I can only speak of my experience. Adam went above and beyond my expectations. We communicated primarily through text. He was more than happy to answer all of my (many) questions in a friendly manner. He walked me through additional products to purchase with the car. While doing this, he made it clear that he was not pressuring me to purchase any of them. When we discussed financing options, he did not pressure me into financing through the dealership. All he did was give me the information I needed to make an informed decision myself.
The quote I received didn’t contain any random or nonsensical fees or deceiving discounts. It contained the sale price, doc fee, sales tax, title filing fee, and the registration fee with the out-the-door price at the end of the quote.
For those purchasing a vehicle online or from a distance, Larkin Cobb is a great dealership to do it through. I negotiated what I believed to be a fair price for the vehicle over text quickly and easily with Adam, so when I showed up to the dealership there was nothing else to discuss other than additional products and financing options. When I let them know I didn’t live very close to the dealership, they did not take advantage of that information. No price changes, no haggling, nothing. They treated me as if I were any other customer.
I’m not much of a reviewer, but I felt obligated to share my experience to help anyone nervous about purchasing a vehicle through a dealership. Larkin Cobb does not play any of the nasty dealership games. They are honest, kind, and friendly. I recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle through them.
Ask for Adam, you won’t be disappointed!

Took my 6 yo chev silverado truck in for suspect AC leak repair. Charged me $411. Told me if it still doesn't work bring it back and we will fix it!(red flag)AC worked great for 1 day. They were initially supposed to have run a dye through, etc. After taking it back they called and said for another $1000 they could fix it with zero guarantee it would be FIXED! Said no thank you I will pick up my truck the following early am. Made me sit and wait for an hour while they supposedly "put my truck back together" $1400 for a minor leak in the AC and no guarantee on their service? OUTRAGEOUS.
