i absolutely love creature comforts! Dr. Hickey has always taken the best care of my dog! he is very cautious when it comes to people but had no problem warming up to her. Her and her staff have always been so nice, and also very knowledgeable when it comes to any questions i have! i am very fortunate to have such a compassionate vet so close to my home

I love Creature Comforts and all the staff. They are absolutely the best. We have been bringing our pets here for 10+ years and I would NEVER take them anywhere else. They are the kindest, most compassionate and knowledgeable staff. Dr Hickey is the best veterinarian around. We first started coming here after our dog was mis diagnosed buy another local vet. We thought our dog was going to die. The minute we walked in she knew what was wrong with her and treated her accordingly. She SAVED out dogs life. I strongly recommend this clinic!

An absolute disgrace to animals and customer service, if you want your animal(s) abused then this is the right place and if you want to be talked to like trash and given inaccurate information about animals, Creature Comforts vet is the place to go, this place and the staff employed here is absolutely pathetic and disgusting.

The most rude and unprofessional place I have ever been to their way of dealing with animals and even human beings is absolutely ridiculous and uncalled for, they will speak to you like you are stupid and treat your animals like dirt, please please please do not bring your animals to this hell for anything at all no matter whether it's dog or cat or hamster or even a mouse it is the biggest mistake you will ever make.

Very rude place, staff was very unprofessional and got rude with us upon picking up our animal, and not to mention when we picked him up he was scared to death and missing patches of hair and the staff had nothing to say about it and no remorse for what had been done, so if you don’t want your animal treated like trash and coming back to you terrified and hurt, DO NOT TAKE THEM TO THIS HELL HOLE OF A VET, to the staff at “creature comforts veterinary” you people DO NOT have any kind of love for animals clearly and your mothers should’ve taught you some respect on how you talk to and deal with people.

Absolutely revolting place to take your animal to, the customer service is a disgrace and the way they treated my pet is completely unacceptable and we will never return to this plac, I would rather drive 1,000 miles to get my animal the help they need.

My dog has been seeing Dr Hickey for 19 years and he is still walking about 1/2mile with me on our walks.

Trusted my dog to be spayed, was way overpriced. Did exam work that was not approved twice, outrages fees. Dog came home sick with some sort of virus all my dogs contracted it around Christmas. On a separate occasion Misdiagnosed another one of my animals did not even do tests needed. Turned out to be very serious condition needing antibiotic.
